I ordered some favours and my order was not supplied. Try to have a conversation wit the manager and he was extremely rude to. Please customers out there beware of this company and who you are dealing with. Don’t let the same thing that happened to me happened to you.

I placed my orders for wedding favours over 3 weeks before the date of my daughter’s wedding. I was promised by Gary that I would get them. On the second week he called me to say one of them would not be ready. I said ok go ahead with the other two sets. (I ordered 3 different sets). To my surprise he called one morning when I was supposed to have picked up the favours the very same week and left a message. I returned the call and he told me he cancelled my order. OMG I was devastated.
He was very rude and shouted at me when I tried to find out the resin for the cancellation. How can you automatically cancel a customer’s order without first notifying the customer. I would never do business with this company again nor recommend anyone to do so . Very poor customer service and the manager Gary is very rude
