Prior to purchasing a tutoring package, I spoke with a representative (Adam [redacted] ) to discuss my needsI wanted a GRE tutoring program that reviewed essay writingHe assured me that the package I purchased would cover essay writingPrior to the course beginning, I reached out to the instructor about the course syllabus but did not hear back from the instructor, who told me that essay writing would NOT be covered, until it was too late to cancelAlso, the first classes were held Saturday & Sunday, so I had to wait for Monday to do anythingI emailed Princeton Review and called about the issueI spoke with Dennis [redacted] and was told that it was too late to cancel I informed Dennis that I never would have enrolled if I knew that essay writing was not coveredHe emailed me the refund policy, which does state that there are no cancellations after the first class
