Review: Drove fron ** to NJ to get a pre owned vehicle and the head sales manager of the facility was telling people in the office about the comlaints I had in regards to a scratch he touched up on the vehicle.He was supposed to have it re done for me , BUFFED OUT and RE PAINTEDas discussed and all they did was cover it up with paint , still visible and also did not check car thoroguhly before I left, I had to do it myself and found some things missing from the FLAT TIRE KIT.The head manager was talking over me and mainly stated it wont be worth it to his company to fix the Scratch as I wanted that he was not a [redacted] DEALER HE SELLS PORSCHES.When we went inside with my salesman to sign papers, the HEAD salesman/Manager, was going around telling other employees that it was riduculous I was complaining to him over the scratch etc. when I was finished , he had already gone for the night, I was left with NO GAS in the new vehicle for a 2 hour drive home. POOR TASTE and MANAGEMENT. His name is Robert E[redacted]. When I filed a complaint with Porsche, he contacted me back but would not let me speak. Also, I found the drivers seat torn in a section of the seam.Desired Settlement: I want my new car to be fixed the proper way as I was told they were going to do from the beginning and a full tank of gas that shouldve been in my new car I just bought from them. The car should be Buffed and re painted in the spot of the damage. not looking like WHITE OUT was put on to cover it up
