Princeton Air Service Technician, [redacted] *came to our house today and addressed our problem immediately He was very knowledgeable, and treated us with the same regards as if he were fixing the unit for his family He was very professional, yet personable and friendly He explained to us the different reasons why our heating unit wasn't working properly Its workers like [redacted] that made signing up for Princeton Air services worthwhile I highly recommend this company to anyone out there!

Mr [redacted] had us install two [redacted] gas furnaces and two [redacted] air conditioners in All four of these units were sold with a year [redacted] and Princeton Air conditioning parts and labor warrantyOn Friday, January 2, we received a call at 8:am from Mr [redacted] to report that he had no heat from his second floor [redacted] furnaceOur service dispatcher asked him some questions so she could properly ascertain what the problem wasShe then dispatched a service technician to his house who completed the repair at 11:am (hours and minutes after we were notified of the problem)This was all covered under warranty.Mr [redacted] then called again on 1/5/requesting that we change the parts on his other [redacted] furnacewe explained to him that [redacted] will not send us the parts unless the part in question has failed.On 2/22/Mr [redacted] again called to tell us his first floor was not workingWe dispatched a service technician to his home who diagnosed that the pressure switch had filedWe ordered a pressure switch and convinced the [redacted] Co to also send us a new collector box for each of the furnaces.The next day, 2/23/we received the parts and installed them in both furnaces at no charge to Mr [redacted] .We feel we did a good job responding to Mr [redacted] ' problems and we will continue to provide him with warranty service on the [redacted] equipment for the balance of the warranty contract
[redacted] , Residential Technician, arrived at my home to check out a problem with my furnace and newly installed humidifierAs he entered the house, he introduced himself and immediately assured me that he would have everything working properly before he left He quickly diagnosed the problem, made some wiring adjustments and reset the humidifier All was back to as he had promised I was extremely pleased with [redacted] professionalism and his courteousness I have done business with Princeton Air for many many years and they should be proud having [redacted] represent them
[redacted] has serviced our equipment on numerous occasions, including one instance in which he successfully spearheaded the analysis of a particularly difficult issue He and all the Princeton Air technicians have consistently done an excellent job in maintaining our HVAC systems in two different homes We will be moving soon and plan to engage [redacted] and his Princeton Air team once again in our new home
[redacted] came to my home only a few hours after I required service, and arrived right at the middle of the hour windowThe problem with my blower fan was diagnosed within sec, and he went out of his way to answer my questions and explain aspects relevant to the problemA very positive experience!
Alberto was the ultimate as a service representativeHe knew his job and did it wellHe was efficient and focusedAdditionally he listened attentively to my concerns and questions and addressed them all
This is a commendation for Chris S., Residential Technician, who did our annual central A/C inspection 04/12/ Undaunted by the rain, he performed the most thorough, absolutely complete inspection of the entire system from end to end that I can imagine Chris is extremely knowledgeable, polite and dedicated to customer service What a pleasure
MrChris Sperformed an annual cooling system check up on 4-27- He arrived on time and performed the work in a very professional manner I hope that he will continue to be our cooling system technician in the future
We were told by the person who services our air conditioning and heating system that our furnace was no longer viable He suggested that we contact Princeton Air to ask for an estimate which we did The staff are very helpful and [redacted] came to review our furnace and make suggestions for a replacement He was extremely personable and helpful and made a number of suggestionsThere was no attempt to try and convince us that the most expensive option was the best; he described each of the options in non technical language and showed us what needed to be done I was very impressed with Jim's professionalism and we decided to go ahead with our choice of furnace without requesting estimates from other companies The furnace is installed a few days later without trouble An excellent company with customer orientation
