[redacted]. arrived right on time. He was courteous and efficient. He wore shoe covers while working in my house. He provided excellent service.
[redacted] has come to our home a number of times both for maintenance and service. He is pleasant, punctual, and knowledgeable.
[redacted] was excellent -- at the anunual maintenance, he realized I had a clogged drain and cleared it!
Princeton Air sent [redacted] for my pre-winter check on the heating system. He arrived during the time I was told, was polite and thorough, and answered the questions I had for him!
I have found the techs from Princeton Air to be unusually professional and courteous. They have given me helpful, energy saving tips, and they are always on time. [redacted] Installed a unit for me last week with true professionalism and superior integrity once the job proved to be more complicated than we thought. Many thanks.
Courteous and thorough service
Alberto Tito Martino performed my winter maintenance on my Lennox heating system today. He did a very through job and explained step by step what maintenance he was performing. I ask him to check my Aprilaire Humidifier as I did not think its was working as my home was very dry last February. He checked it out and determined it was not working properly. He corrected the problem and explained the units operation.
He is a very knowledgeable technician. I rate him 5 stars.
Always more than satisfied when dealing with [redacted], reliable, friendly, efficient.. he simply finds and fixes!
The Installation Specialist, [redacted] was extremely pleasant, polite and impressed me with his skills, explanations and tidiness. A job well done and I intend to refer Princeton Air, whom I have been doing business with for over 20 plus years to the Buyers of my home. Wes also took the time to discuss home insulation with me so I can pass that onto the Buyer's as well.
I've been using Princeton Air for almost ten years for maintenance and service to my HVAC system. Their response has always been timely and, for the one repair I needed, it was done right the first time.
NOTE: [redacted] one of their service techs, is the only guy I let work on my system; he's that good.
Not the cheapest outfit around, but you get what you pay for.
[redacted] was excellent and through at fixing the problem with my furnace, and replacing my thermostat...I signed up for a contract and would ask for [redacted] for any future needs. He has great work ethics....not seen as much today as people would like, and I appreciated the time he took to correct and replace anything needed as well as explaining and asking what I wanted to do...
Great service by [redacted], who replaced some parts in my heating system that were under warranty. I had purchased some filters for the system but hadn't gotten around to replacing them myself, so he did that for me too! He came on time, worked quickly, and was very nice.
The service is great and answer all my concerns and questions.
Princeton Air came highly recommended to me and I have done the same. The techs are prompt on their arrival. Always professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
[redacted]. was a pleasure to work with in helping me replace both my heater and air conditioner. He gave me several options with a range of prices and put no pressure on me in his sales approach. [redacted] was knowlegeable and able to answer all of my questions along the way. He set up appointments that were convenient for me and was always punctual. So far I would highly recommend Princeton Air and if you have a choice [redacted]. is great to sit down and talk to.
It has been a pleasure dealing with Princeton Air. Their technicians are knowledgeable, courteous, and persevere until problems are solved. [redacted] who has just carried out the fall check of my furnaces, has been excellent.
Review: As part of the NJ Energy Star program , Princeton air to install 2 new furnaces, 2 new AC units, and whole house insulation in the attic and basement. For the first two years everything worked perfectly. Until Sunday (1/4/15) the 2nd floor furnace stopped working. I found it very odd, because to me a furnace is a durable good that should not have any major issues that early on in it's life. Every year I performed all the maintenance required by owners manual so I thought that I was secure in the guarantee and warranty that Princeton air would fix any issues for 10 years.
Well then I called, the first question was "Do you have a service contract". I said no I just spent $33k with Princeton Air and I have a warranty. Then I was told "there may be a service charge" and so then I again reminded the person to please look up my records that I recently had all these systems installed and that I was getting an error code about the pressure sensor. Then the person said "what kind of furnace is it" and I said [redacted] Signature and then they said "oh yea those have a known issue with pressure sensor and collection box". Because it was the second floor I had to wait for a business day (1/5/15) to call and again I got the "Do you have a contract" and "there may be a service charge". I was patient and explained to the person that this should be taken care under warranty. This time I had done some research online and come to find out that this pressure sensor issue has been a known problem and that the remedy is to change pressure sensors and collection box. Princeton Air came out and only changed the pressure sensor and not the collection box in the 2nd zone unit. I asked the technician, why won't Princeton Air fix both machines now because this a known issues. The responds I got is I have to wait until the units fail for them to come out again to fix. Well this morning (2/22/15) the 1st zone failed and now the house is in real danger of frozen pipesDesired Settlement: I would like Princeton air to update the pressure sensors and collections boxes on both units. And to assure me that I don't have to they will honor their warranty listed on installation contract.

Response:
Mr. [redacted] had us install two [redacted] gas furnaces and two [redacted] air conditioners in 2012. All four of these units were sold with a 10 year [redacted] and Princeton Air conditioning parts and labor warranty. On Friday, January 2, 2015 we received a call at 8:48 am from Mr [redacted] to report that he had no heat from his second floor [redacted] furnace. Our service dispatcher asked him some questions so she could properly ascertain what the problem was. She then dispatched a service technician to his house who completed the repair at 11:36 am (2 hours and 48 minutes after we were notified of the problem). This was all covered under warranty.Mr. [redacted] then called again on 1/5/15 requesting that we change the parts on his other [redacted] furnace. we explained to him that [redacted] will not send us the parts unless the part in question has failed. On 2/22/15 Mr. [redacted] again called to tell us his first floor was not working. We dispatched a service technician to his home who diagnosed that the pressure switch had filed. We ordered a pressure switch and convinced the [redacted] Co to also send us a new collector box for each of the furnaces. The next day, 2/23/15 we received the parts and installed them in both furnaces at no charge to Mr. [redacted].We feel we did a good job responding to Mr. [redacted]' problems and we will continue to provide him with warranty service on the [redacted] equipment for the balance of the warranty contract.
These guys are the best. Very informative, knowledgable, and polite. They work clean and are very professional. [redacted] my sales rep was extremely knowledgeable in the products and was honest with me on which product to buy. If you think you are going to pay more using Princeton Air, your not. They are very competitive and worth every penny for a flawless job.
Princeton Air, represented by [redacted]. , continues to go above and beyond.
We had an issue with our heating unit on a Sunday and with temperatures in the single digits. Eric M. came out, quickly and knowledgeably diagnosed the problems, fixed the heater, and provided recommendations and a service plan that will prevent future issues and is cost effective. [redacted]. is truly stellar and we ask for him by name.
[redacted] was a very professional and competent worker. He is a credit to his company.
