Princess Polly

The company owes me a refund of $109.42 since September 2019 for returned merchandise which they confirmed was received.
(1) The company failed to deliver my merchandise timely therefore my bank processed a charge back of $116+.
(2) Although my merchandise arrived late I canceled the charge back with my bank and the vendor was paid!
(3) Unfortunately the dresses did not workout and I received authorization from the vendor to return the merchandise
(4) the vendor acknowledged receipt of the returned merchandise but claims a refund cannot be issued because the charge back was not reversed. I've contacted my bank several times and confirmed the vendor was paid; and the charge is reflected in my bank account.
(5) The vendor should contact their visa vendor for the payment and not hold my refund hostage. I urgently request the refund of $109.42 to be process expeditiously.

I need my orders canceled the order was bought with a credit card that isn’t mine and I know they say they can’t cancel orders but the warehouse hasn’t got my order and I need this order cancel it’s not my credit card !!

I ordered a product from this company that I never received. The shady company that they choose to ship with claims to have delivered my package on December 14th, 2019, yet I received no package and my landlord has video that confirms that the company never made any attempt to deliver my package on that day, or any day for that matter. I contacted this company, and they initially told me to wait, and if it didn't show up, to contact them again. Of course it never showed up, and now they aren't responding to my emails. Very shady business practices.

I bought 5 clothing items totaling $195.29. I was immediately refunded for one bodysuit because it was out of stock. This company allow returns and refunds minus a $6.95 return shipping label fee. I contacted Princess Polly through email letting them know that I really wanted that bodysuit that was out of stock and that I wish they would have notified me that it was out of stock before shipping the rest of the items as I would have just cancelled the whole order, but they had already shipped out the other 4 items. I told them I planned to return all the items when I go them and that I would really appreciate it if they waived the return shipping fees. They actually then refunded me the $6.95 for return shipping word a few days later I got the other 4 items in the mail. I opened the package to look at the items and them I taped the package back up, with all 4 items in the package, and I mailed it back with their return label. About a week later I was sent a partial refund of $109, which was $49 short! I emailed them and did not hear back, I sent them several emails and still did not hear back. I had paid through Paypal so I opened a dispute about the refund amount, 24 hours after opening the case they asked for proof of a shipping label and the proof of tracking showing the package was delivered. I submitted that proof and within a minute maybe less my case was closed saying I did not provide adequate information, but I have them exactly what they were looking for. They also said Princess Polly responded to them and that they provided information that allowed them to close the dispute and not be in my favor. I am so confused! I sent everything back, I provided the correct documents, Princess Polly wouldn’t ever respond to me but were quick to respond to Paypal. It is very frustrating and is extremely fraudulent on behalf of their customers to withhold refunds.
