Over half of this letter is untrue and I have text messages and photos to prove that. First and foremost we moved in to the home with the agreement that we would move into a bigger home by March. There was never a licensed professional that came out to the house for any of the reasons. Yes we did pull up the carpet that was damaged by the water and yes a fan was provided 2 and a half days later...... and nothing was addressed about the no water. As for the keys we tried for 2 days to get her the keys and she was busy with personal things or just didn't answer. Yes Mr. [redacted] was home all day in bed with an injury, he was asleep almost all day. This whole issue has been a nightmare and lies, and we have the proof of this and we will just file in court.
I would like to go over the leases contract and make sure we are all on the same page. I am sorry she feels this way. This needs to be resolved and we need to sit down like adults and come to a resolution based on the facts. I am open to a mediation meeting at the convenence of all parties . please share your thoughts.Thank You Lynnette
To Whom it may concern,This is in response to claim from the [redacted] on rental Lease. as to the Ac, I got a call it was not working and did have a licences ac replace capasiter and also informed tenant that the ac filters need to be changed in order for it to cool properly. Its not...
possible to jump a compressor on a ac, so I am unclear what she means.as to the water heater, the first call was answers and resolver by replacing the water heater at which time Mr. and Mrs [redacted] said the needed bigger home and closer to mesa.2nd water heater issue was a shock I arrived 1 hour after call and was shocked to find entire house flooded and how the were acting about it , Mr [redacted] said he was home all day and never noticed it. I immediately pulled up carpet and supplied industrial fans to dry out .this was on a Friday and by Tuesday I could not gain access to home but was able to see they had moved out. I was able to get keys 2 weeks later from the husband.the carpet was ruined and 1 twin mattress. Rent was 2 months behind and a lot of damage to home from 3 large dogs and just filth. I have photos but will only submit if needed, I feel it will be embarrassing to the tenants. At this time i"m still assessing the damages from the broken contract and damages the tenants left including breaking the lease. There was no purchase of and product or service, this was a rental lease, and I also want to clarify no statement was ever made in reference to making a mistake on water heater. Im sorry for the way they perceive what took place, I also believe this was an attempt to get out of there lease and gain financialy. Thank You Lynnette D[redacted]
