Review: I paid my bill in full and they deposited the check witch cleared my bank on 9/6/13 and on 9/10/13 they mailed me a letter stating they were sending my account to collections. I emailed the billing office and main email on 8/30/13 informing them payment was on the way and gave them the check number then I emailed them again on 9/11/13 when I received their letter and now today I open a bill from the collection agency. I have had no response from them since my email on 9/11/13 and now my credit is ruin!Desired Settlement: I want my credit repaired and I want answers from them and I feel they owe me for my time to send them this information and prove to them the payment was made.
