Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to *** ** *** and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. There are falsehoods in Ozzy’s statementSince we were not informed that we would need to pay the sales tax that wasn’t collected at the time of sale, there is no way we could have said okay to that. We were told it would be part of the dealWe did license the vehicle and register itWe did not leave with proper paperwork in order to pay the tax; the paperwork showed that the purchase was completedNo mention of sales tax was made at that timeWe have two pieces of paperwork: Ozzys Car Company Quick Deal (Line Item #11: Sales Tax: 0.00) and Retail Vehicle Purchase Contract (Line Item 5: Sales Tax [3+x Current %] N/A).Whether or not a mistake was made, the fact is that we were not informed that we needed to pay the sales tax, and I have a paid-in-full receipt.
