To whom it may concern my yr old autistic son had an accident and urinated on himself on January 30th, which is common for any child specifically autistic childrenI was in the middle of clinic (I work in a Pediatric clinic as a medical provider)received a call from the receptionist informing me of what had happen, I told her I cant legally leave the office and abandon the patients, would pick him up as soon as possibleA few minutes latter I received a call from Maranda E [redacted] the owner and stated if I didn't pick my son up by noon she would call child protective services and report meIn desperation I spoke to my medical director and he asked the office manger to pick up my sonI initially sent a week notice with the office manager not knowing it was the owner herself that had threaten meIt was evident due to the grave conflict,it was best for both, to part waysI notified the following day that Friday 2/2/would be his last day, which I had paid the week priorI work
