Customer complaint was resolved on 8/25/The sprinkler head was previously changed in June The water problem was not due to a broken sprinkler head, the sprinkler head worked fineThe actual water problem was due to the control valve for the zone was not completely shutting down,
thus water was seeping out of that sprinkler causing the wet spotThe control valve was flushed and *** *** was advised of the repair and agreed to pay the open balance past due.FYI our records show MrKuglar did make a phone call June 2nd, but we have no record of any follow up phone calls in July or August. *** ** *** *** *** ***
