PrimeStar Publicity

Helen, of PrimeStar Publicity agreed to promote my book after reading a copy and saying she loved it. She also agreed to post a good review on Amazon which I've yet to see posted. I paid her $365 to promote my book by way of distribution of an interview. When it came time to do the interview, they never called and acted like it was an issue on my end. I even offered to call THEM on a different phone and no one provided me with a number. They repeatedly acted like I was stupid and refused a refund. To my fault, I did see the no refund clause in contract. However, good customer service would say you'd bend over backwards to make your client happy. Helen "cancelled" interview until "my skype issues could be worked out". The whole thing is very suspicious and I'm out my money. Consumer beware here! Learn from me! This is NOT a Christian company.
