Primera Funding Group

Review: Applied for a loan and told I was approved. Was told to pay a security deposit and insurance fee. Requested a refund of my money and never received. First called primera funding group at ###-###-#### ([redacted]) and ext 0 ([redacted]) on July * 2013. I talked to [redacted] first. After reviewing my income They told me I was approved for a $7,000 loan. He asked for a copy or my drivers license and social security number. He asked for a security deposit collateral of $726. I had to do a transfer through western union to [redacted]. There was a fee of $75 to do a money in minutes transfer on July * 2013. After they received the money they told me that my credit was high risk and they needed $1482.64 for insurance coverage. I told them I couldn't give them that much and [redacted] said he would call me back to see what he could do. After a few hours he called me back and said they could do the insurance for $700 and I said ok. I went to rite aide and used the western union phone and transferred the $700 also to [redacted] and was charged $29 for a money in minutes fee. [redacted] called me the next day because it was after 7:00 when I did thevtransfer and that's when they told me they reviewed everything and they wanted to charge me another $800 fee. At the point I told them I couldn't afford another transfer of $800 and asked for a refund of all the money I sent them already. [redacted] told me they would send me a refund of $1,530 which is the total I paid to them. He said he was expediting my check and would send it out Thursday July **, 2013 and said it would take 3-5 business days to get to my house. I then called on July **,2013 and July **,2013 because I never received the check. [redacted] told I should be getting my check the next day. As of today July **,2013 I still never received the check, and they will not answer or return my phone callsDesired Settlement: I want a total refund of $1,530.

I can not let this company get away with my $1500!!!! I was just laid off from my job and need that money to pay my bills! I dont know what else to do!! Please help!
