PrimePay handles payroll for my businessWe use the timeclock system to track hours worked and also the project the employee is working onThough I am on salary I use the timeclock system to track billable time by projectI have a separate employee account for thisAt some point, PrimePay began paying one employee for the hours I loggedMy "rate" was also set higher than my employee so he was getting paid for hours he did not work, at a rate higher than his pay rateIn some cases this caused him to also receive overtime pay
Upon seeing the error I brought it to my payroll rep's attention (Lorna K***)I have sent numerous emails to her and her supervisor Sharon K***
I have requested information, a reply, a phone call, anythingI have received no satisfactory response despite many attempts over more than a month

I have been trying for over a month to get our final audit resolvedI have all the verifying documentation over a month agoMy emails are returned with a standard "we are working on it, we will try to finish it soon" or "we'll get back to you" and then it starts over the next week with the same response
I cannot get resolution and they owe our company money
