Prime Time Pizza

Me and my friends buy from prime time alot. They usually do a good job but the way they handled the customer is the worst possible way. We purchased 40$ worth of food from them the items in paticular 2 pepporoni calzones extra cheese extra pepporoni we waited a half hour for our food brought it home and realized the pepporini and cheese in the calzone was not extra but regularly made. I remind you that we do order these all the time and can easily tell the difference... now we though ok we will call and tell them we called and placed on hold while they toke care of other people for ten minutes then another 10 minutes before we even got to talk to a manager now this is more then a full hour after we ordered the food and we were starving so I personally ate mine while my friend saved his they gave us fighting saying no no we added extra cheese and pepperoni and we knew they didnt. They after much fight said ok we are only gonna replace one of the calzones because I ate mine and we said ok whatever. We waited another 45 minutes I repeat 45 minutes for the other calzone my buddy didnt eat all day so he ate half of it when the manager of the establishment came she was very disrespecful to us all saying that she doesnt care show me the calzone so my friend showed her the half of calzone showing her how flat and horrible it was. She sayed your not getting the other calzone because he ate half of it she then dropped his calzone on the ground that he bought she picked it up and left with his food. This is a family owned establishment who does not care about the customers they serve and they need to know treating customers like this is not acceptable the childish behavior their managers had is very unprofessional I hope this can be reaolved and you can fix there horrible business.
