Prime Time Early Learning Centers

We tried to enroll our son in the preschool class for 4 years old at the Prime time learning center in Edgewater, NJ. We paid $75.00 at the administration for registration fee on October 30th, 2019. Next day, Prime time early learning centers called us saying there was no opening space for our son, so they would pay us back the registration fee that we had paid by credit card. She said money would be paid back through the same credit card.
One month later, we didn't get any money back and called to the administration. She said that the main office in head quarter would mail a check to us. Nothing arrived.
Two months later, we decided to visit the Prime time learning center to find out what was going on, but they only said the main office would send the check.
Four months later on February 21st 2020, we still haven't received any money back and called them again. The administration lady said she would call us back later after checking the situation but never called back.
