Prime Time Cleaners

I put 3 items into Prime Time Cleaners about 2 weeks ago. I put in 2 sweater vest with fringes on the collars and the bottom of the sweaters. One was black and white and one was all black. they both came down to where my knees are. I also put in a light long black coat. I picked up my items on Feb 17,2020 and when I checked my items I recieved back my white and black sweater vest with fringes and the black long jacket. They didnt give me back the right item. they were supposed to give me back a all black sweater vest with fringes which I could stick my arms through because it was sleeveless, instead they gave me back a short poncho with fringes that goes over your head. Im very upset and the owner Max wasnt very nice, he told me my clothing was gone and nothing he could do. So now I'm very upset. Max kept telling me that the tag on my clothing match the ticket he gave me and I kept telling him that I dont care what the ticket say thats not my clothing! He refuse to say he or his workers made a mistake. Then he says if they gave it to the wrong person hopefully they bring it back. And I said what if they dont bring it back. Then he said theres nothing I can do! paid 50.00 for that sweater vest with fringes and I had it about 4 years. Please help. Ty
