*** *** purchased the said vehicle on 5/20/ She did come in with her said boyfriend *** at the time He is a friend of mine and did refer her to us *** and *** went for a test
drive and she purchased teh vehicle We did add a month/mile Proguard Powertrain Warranty at no extra cost to her *** called us after weeks stating that it was leaking fluid We are not a repair shop but refer her to one of our mechanics that we do business with (B & B *** smain street red lion) He replaced the power steering pump and pulley which was leaking at that time on 7/7/at no cost to her She called again saying it was leaking antifreeze We told her to take it up to *** *** The mechanic *** did notice the fans weren't coming on and put a relay motor and again no charge to her*** told me that he noticed that there was some patch work like someone tried to repair it already After that, I received a call from ***, the gentlemen who came in with her and purchased the vehicle He said the did try to work on it before she called us about it he told us she drove to Virginia and back That is was where the damage was done I did try to help her out outside of the warranty out of good faith but we can no longer repair other peoples's mistakes I did tell her again to call the warranty company and that she can go to any garage That is where *** said a few choice words over the phone and I ended up just hanging up on her I'm enclosing invoices of the repairs that were madeThank you,
