Our company purchased Microsoft Word 2019 for Windows on June 18, 2020 from Prime Software. Invoice Number: XXXXX, paid with Visa ending in *** for *** Order number: XXXXXXXX. With Product Key: *** The product key stopped working within a few weeks, stating "we have activated up to the limit of your multiple activation key." It is listed as (unlicensed). Our program has detected the product key may be fraud. We have only downloaded and activated this on one computer in our office. I have tried contacting the company at XXX-XXX-XXXX, it asked me to please stay on the phone and google voice will try to connect me. It then tells me the google subscriber I am contacting is not available and that I can leave a message after the tone. I have left several. I have since sent several emails to *** no response. I am requesting a refund asap so we can purchase this program through another company, as we need this program in our office in order for our Project Managers to fulfill their daily job tasks.

I purchased Microsoft Outlook 2019 online for $99. It was advertised as "the full version with Worldwide Lifetime License." When I followed their directions to activate the software, I received this message: "This product key is for the volume-licensed version of Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019, which isn't currently installed. To use this product key, contact your administrator." So, have called their published number and left messages several times (there is no live person who answers the phone). I have also emailed them several times and have received no response.

Since 1/10/20 I have tried several times to upload following their links & instructions to no avail. My problem is the same as the other customers. It seems like it is uploading for about two hours plus & then redirects to Microsoft site. After input of Product # , I get response that it is invalid #. I am unable to open up any of the programs. However, I still feel that they should do things the right way the first time without having to receive a complaint from me & not doing anything until your Revdex.com got involved. I saw where others had similar complaints so I hope*** some day that Prime Software will do business the right way without pressure or close up. The company claimed that they would give me seven separate product keys at $99 each. Instead they game me one Multi License Key.
On Monday, February 10th 2020, I purchased seven product keys (invoice ***) at $99 each for a total amount of $693.00 and received one MAK license key. The same key that I purchased Friday, February 7, 2020 (invoice ***). First of all, I seriously doubt Microsoft is aware that this company is offering the same MAK key over and over again at this price. And secondly, why would I have paid for the same key seven times. It's criminal and this company knows it.

On 4 December I purchased the Office 2019 for Mac application suite from Prime Software. I got links by email, but never got an activation key.
On 4 December 2019 I purchased online the Microsoft Office 2019 for Mac applications suite from Prime Software Global. I promptly received an email with download links to the software package and the license agreement; however, I did not receive the product activation key that is required to use the software. When I tried to use the software, I was redirected to a Microsoft site where I was expected either to provide valid activation information or to purchase the software package directly from Microsoft. I submit my complaint to Prime Software Global by way of their complaint form. This morning (5 December) I received another email from Prime Software that still provided no activation key; it only provided the same links I had received last night. Having researched the reputation of Prime Software Global on the Internet, I have found that my experience is not unusual.

I believe the only acceptable resolution is a full refund of the *** I was charged for this product. In view of the numerous complaints about this vendor for problems very similar to my own, as well as explanations of ways in which product keys that will not work indefinitely may be provided, I would not trust the vendor to provide a valid product key for the purchase I made.

Purchased MS Office for Mac 2019, paid w/MC, received download instructions but no Product Key. Files seemed to load but are lost; pkg doesn't work.
On 21 November 2019 I bought Office 2019 for Mac - Special Offer for $99.00 on my Capital One Professional Mastecard. I received Order/Invoice No #XXXXXXXX from "***" by return e-mail, and then download instructions including a link to "***" but no product key. I double-clicked on this link and the program went through what looked like an installation routine, but I can't find any sign of the files it purported to install. There is nothing I can do to make any of the programs open. I have written to Paddle.com. They opened a Complaint ticket #XXXXXX but they claim not to be the seller and referred my complaint to "the Seller" without identifying it. Having just updated to iOS 10.15 Catalina, my former MS Office apps don't work any more so I am really stuck. I can supply copies of my order and invoice (if I can figure out how to attach more than one file) but I believe the attached PDF covers the essentials.

I send an email to them demanding sending an alternative key or refund but the next day I just got a replying email that includes the exactly same key that had not worked in the previous day. I tried to reach the customer support but they don't have such a department and even didn't receive my calls. They don't apologize for what they did without any explanation.

On 11/11/19 I purchased a Download and license of Office 2016 for MAC from Prime Software Global. I paid *** with my credit card and received an email with the downloads (2- Download & Install License and Download & Install Office) and a receipt number ***. While the products download, it says there is no valid license and I am not authorized for the product. I made several calls and left a message, but still no response from them in trying to help me get this resolved. I have asked for either a way for them to give me accurate information for the product to work (product key) or refund. I have contacted Microsoft and they indicated I needed to resolve this with the retailer since the application did not get registered with them.
Desired Outcome I either want what I paid for to work as they stated and receive a correct license for the product or I want a refund asap so I can purchase this product elsewhere as I need it now!

Company is selling the same software license key to multiple customers.
I purchases Windows 10 Professional for my business on October 27 2018. I purchased Microsoft Windows 10 Professional and Visual Studio Professional for my business from PrimeSoftware. I have approximately 5 computers that this software needs to run on. (I am the only user/owner of the business).
Installing the operating system and trying to activate windows with the given license key results in failure code ***, which means that the license key has been installed on to many systems already (>25). I called Microsoft technical support to resolve the issue Microsoft said that this license key has already been used over 200 times for activating windows.
I've installed and activated the key twice. *there should be 23 activations left for this key***
Primesoftware has already sold this license key to another customer(s).
I want a new, unused, Windows 10 Licenses Key that will not be re-sold multiple times. Because I have to reinstall operating systems I will use all of the 25 activations eventually. I purchased a Windows 10 individual volume license, it should have 0/25 activations used. In this case it had 200+/25 activations. I would like a Windows 10 profession key that has 0/25 activations, so I can install the software I purchased.

Fraudulent Key to software unresolved
The Office downloadable product I purchased 10/10/18 had a key given me by PrimeSoftware and was determined by Microsoft Technical support as a "Visual Studio Subscription only," product Visual Studio is a branch of Microsoft. They explained to me that since I don't have an available subscription directly from them, the *** Prime Software gave me cannot be used.
They encourage me to contact the store where the software was purchase in order to request for refund or replacement. They also encourage me to report this key as counterfeit to investigate by clicking the link below:

On the above said date, I downloaded the software and installed it.I used Word 2016 for a few days with no problem. I needed to export a spreadsheet to Excel

Later that evening I needed to print from Word 2016.I received a message stating that I was an authorized user and the Office 2016 would expire in 3 days,. I emailed them on September 21st and September 24thno reply. I called on the 22nd and 24th no reply. They have my money and I have no product.

I purchased microsoft office 2016 on 7/11/2018. My order number is #***. It was supposed to be an automatic download. After the purchase it said to wait 10 minutes and I should received the download instructions. I waited. Nothing. So I emailed them. No response. I called. No one answered the phone. I kept reloading the page in hopes the download instructions would appear. Nothing. I searched my email, junk mail, trash... every folder possible. Nothing. I emailed them again. No response. I emailed them 5 times. Two days later and still no response. I called their office 14 times. No one answers the phone. I've disputed the charge on my credit card since I never received the software and I've gotten no response from them. I want a refund and I will purchase the software from another company.
Since I have not received the product I purchased and the company has offered no response or solution to my numerous attempts to contact them I want a full refund and I will go somewhere else.

The final email I received from them was a bland form letter with the link to the software download. No apology, no explanation, nothing.
I will never shop with them again.
