This Property Management group is by FAR the most insensitive and unprofessional organization to EVER trust your lively hood withI lived in the first property back in "The Terrace Apartments" in Las Vegas NVI signed a month Lease, I informed the company in writing that I would not resign my lease due to the many shoot outsThe staff including the Property Manager were VERY rude including cursing at meAfter moving out, I found out that I had an eviction on my background as well as owed moneyWhen I called them to get it fixed, I was informed the property was in the process of undergoing new management and they there was nothing they could do about it because all of their files were locked awayI asked for a corporate number and was told they do not have a corporate numberI now live in Sonoma Shadows and the Management is the sameMy AC does not work and the staff has a IDC attitude

This place is the worse. The office is rude to the point I won't ask for anything anymore. we felt unsafe and threatened by our neighbors so we asked to transfer after three months into our lease we were told no and given excuses. Just in June we asked to transfer again since our roommate moved out and we couldn't afford the two bedroom on our own and once again we were told no and given excuses.
We have had an ant and fly problem since move in and it's only in the kitchen. We've been put on a spray list multiple times however they always come back. I switched my cleaning products from 409 to bleach, didn't keep food or dirty pans out, we tried our own ant killer as well. I had ants for 4-5 months and now that I contacted corporate about it only now is something being done now that we no sweets whatsoever in the house and doused the place with ant killer where me, my boyfriend and my two dogs had to breathe in the chemicals. they let dogs in the pool. This is for Harrison park in az.
