Prime Rentals

I rented a t.v from Prime Rental July 2016, and made my payments on time I had no problems except one time the remote wasn`t working so I call the people who made the t.v their name is Vizio and at this time, I found out that Prime Rental bought the t.v so the t.v im renting was old, and they bought it from Sams Club a wholesales store which means they bought it at a low price, I payed top dollar for the t.v cause I rented it from them, but its I just paid the t.v off June and as of August the screen went blackI called them a couple weeks ago and im still waiting for the owner to call me back that's what I was told when I called about the screen going blackI don't think they should have a business because there a scam and dishonest
