I am in receipt of your letter dated April 20, regarding complaint ID [redacted] .This complaint regards a company called Prime Pet Voyage, which claims to be at [redacted] As a result, your correspondence arrived here at our address, which is similar: [redacted] – [redacted] .Our company, [redacted] ***, and our retail business [redacted] has been in business since 1981, and we have been at the address listed above since 1995.In that time, I, nor has anyone associated with us, heard of, or been affiliated with, a company called Prime Pet Voyage,Also, apparently unrelated to your letter, we received a phone call from a Deputy [redacted] from Springfield Illinois, who was also looking for a company called Prime Pet Voyage investigating a report of a company that had allegedly taken money from some "customers' under pretenses Our conclusion is that Prime Pet Voyage is some sort of scam that is claiming to be a legitimate company running out of an address on [redacted] in Chantilly VaBased on the advice of Deputy [redacted] , we alerted the Fairfax County Police and spoke with PFC [redacted] ***, Badge # ***, today, April The case number is [redacted] should you need to verify, I have enclosed my card with my contact information, and should you need to contact me regarding this issue.Regards, [redacted] Vice President
