Dealer took our down payment, cashed the bank cheque, and then rescinded the contract because we were "too impatient" in wanting the two day delivery they had promisedThe rescision of the contract was not justified on the basis of anything except the poor temperment and arrogance of the dealerAs a result all of our time, effort and costs in getting financed organised and a check sent to Illinois was unnecessarily wasted and we incurred additional rental car expenses whilst having to search for a new vehicle of similar miles, features and price

$500 via paypal right away, and [redacted] was very happy with this resolution. 2 months later, [redacted] got in an accident sliding on ice and then demanded that he get 2 brand new tires, and if we did not agree, he said he would give us bad reviews everywhere. Which is what he is doing now.
We are an honest dealership with more repeat business & referrals than anything else. We are a pre-owned car dealership, but service our cars well. Legally, we have all our paperwork stating that these cars are as is, but if some issues do come up, we are more than fair. [redacted] bought an 2007 Infiniti with 65K miles. His accident two months after he bought the vehicle has no grounds. Tires are never covered anywhere, nor is negligent driving. We consider this matter over.
