January 10, 2015In response to the submitted complaint, our investigation of the problem lead to us finding out that the patient did not have a medical deductible associated with her plan as we initially understood it to be. Once our third-party billing administrator discovered that the patient only had a co-pay and not a deductible, a refund was immediately processed and the billing issue was remedied to the patient's satisfaction. Therefore, the patient was promptly refunded the amounts due, and the issue has beenresolved.Billing OfficePrime Med Urgent Care
