delivered all the services it contractually agreed to provide to himIndeed, *** *** acknowledged in writing that Prime “successfully completed” the services and that he “approved” the work that was performed.Despite that it is undisputed Prime delivered everything it was contracted to provide, *** *** argues that Prime should refund the money he paid because, a third-party named *** *** *** never supplied any of the services it contracted to provide and *** *** alleges Prime and *** *** *** are affiliated.That is where *** *** is wrongPrime is not formally or informally related to *** *** *** or any of its affiliates, and had never even heard of such an entity until receiving this complaintFurther, *** *** *** did not refer *** *** to PrimePrime discovered on its own that *** *** might need its services because *** *** applied for a commercial URL for the website: ***. In short, *** ***’s suggestion that Prime is somehow liable for the actions of *** *** *** is misplacedUnder the circumstances, there is no basis for granting him the refund he requests

I received Prime's response from their legal counsel and strongly disagree with the decision.  I originally got into this program to make additional income. Currently, as my only means of support I'm on Social Security with a fixed income of $1,486.00 per month.  This $2,000 dispute is over one month of my income.I would appreciate Prime credit my account the $2,000.00.Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely,[redacted]
