We live at one of the Prime Group's properties. While the place seems rather nice, after being here several years we can advise any potential renters to stay away from this company like you would avoid the plague. Management cares zero about the tenants and their comfort, convenience, etc. Maintenance is substandard at best,often incompetent and the landscaping continues to go down hill.Think of it as mind over matter, they don't mind and as a tenant you do not matter at all. They seem to earn that "F" rating with the Revdex.com.
