I am writing back in response to the complaint
that was brought forth by Mrs*** *** on May 12thThe issue on our end is
as follows:
•
We were having issues with our manufacturer
because the material that was needed for the repair has been discontinuedTherefore,
the material requested took much longer than expected to arrive at our
location•
When Mrs*** spoke with our installer, he
gave her the wrong date for when the material will arrive•
Miscommunication with the customer led to the
issueHowever, we took the following steps to resolve the issue:
•
We contacted the customer in regards to the
problems we were facing with the manufacturer.
•
We called our manufacturer numerous times to get
the requested material and had it finally shipped over-night•
We called Mrs*** to schedule a repair date,
which is currently set to May 28th
As a business, we are faced with different complications
being the middleman between the customer and material’s manufacturerWe try to
make all ends meet by making the customer happy, ordering the material, and
installing within a designated period of timeUnfortunately, mistakes and
hiccups do occur, but, as a main focus, we do our best to ensure that they get
resolved as quickly as possible
