Review: We were accused of changing the music on the system in the gym. When confronted about it we told him that we didn't touch the precious system, and that we didn't go near it my whole workout. Well, after we denied that we touched it, all Hell broke out, because in his little mind we had done it. Well after words were exchanged and he didn't even want to hear our side, He was called a [redacted] Head for not wanting to listen. Once that was said He told us that we were out of the gym. We said cut us a check for the remaining months on our membership (8 months x $30 = $240) He said that he could cut it but not that night, so we waited 2 1/2 weeks and a few texts between [redacted] and I, she wrote a check for half the amount ($120), when confronted about the amount we received a nasty text about if we came by there it would be trespassing and that the Police would be called and that we couldn't contact either of them, [redacted] or [redacted], that I could contact their lawyer. I would rather this get settled out of court and they pay what is owed. we were not the first ones that he has gone off on inside the gym, so it's not an isolated case, he seems to have a pattern of doing this to his paying customers.Desired Settlement: I would like to be paid money still owed to me.
