I came to the office with a free consultation for my kid's braces. I was assured by the front desk lady that it was a free consultation. When finished I did not used their service in the follow up because they charged very high fees. Got a bill for the service with deductible to my insurance co. and my co.pay. No dental service being work on and yet they slap me with a deductible too. Yet, they advertised it as a free consultation for braces when most Ortho offices in town are true free consultation. Stay away from this chain.
