Prime Estates Property Management

Review: Prime Estates would not return the renters clean up deposit to us. His reason was - he said that he already told the renters that they could have there deposit back and that he did not want to deal with this renter again. At first look the house looked like it had been cleaned but as we took the time to really inspect the house we found that we had a lot of work to do to clean and replace and repair many items. We wrote to Prime Estates to inform him about the work to be done and after all the work was done we sent him a detailed bill showing all the costs involved but he would not respond even though we tried to contact him several times by phone and mail. We told him at the time we had our walk through with him not to release the renters deposit until all item were corrected. He disregarded our instructions and withdrew the deposit money from the trust account without our permission. We have all documents, pictures and proof of all corrected items.Desired Settlement: We would like Prime Estates to pay the detailed bill of $1,051.80 in full that we sent to him on 11/16/15 that reflects the clean up, replacement and repairs that needed to be done and that were done.
