We tried to contact the customer but after explaining that she never spent so much with Prime Corporate she hung up [redacted] only spent $ [redacted] with our company it seems like her main concern for this complaint is money, we tried to explain that she would have to contact her bank or financial institution to find out where she spent the rest of her moneyThis customer purchased our Corporate Credit Coaching where we teach and show the customer how to develop a credit score for her business, this service is $and she has been contacted both over the phone and through emailThe Tax Plan is $2890, I understand she has not yet had Tax Sentry file her returns as of today, we still plan to file the customers taxes for the LLC as well as her personals if she chooses Tax Sentry fulfills this service and they have tried to reach out to the customer to let her know to send in her informationWe charged the customer nothing to set up her LLC.I understand that the complaint is about how much she has spent and since we are no where near the amount she claims that she has spent with us I ask that [redacted] to please check with her bank or financial institution and contact the company(s) that she spent the remainder of the funds at.We feel that if the customer does not want to have her taxes filled we do not have an issue dissolving the agreement and returning those funds the other services have of course had fulfillment and we cannot offer any type of help at this time
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted] ***
Please help us better understand how the services where not as described You purchased an LLC and the service has been fulfilledYou also purchased our Corporate Credit Coaching and I do not show any complaints or questions to your coach from you, I went through and reviewed every email as well as
his notes that he takes on every call
We have spoken to the customer and explained the situation and his contractual obligations the customer understood and we renegotiated to better assist his situation
Mr *** was contacted by our billing department he requested that his account with Prime Corporate be canceled and refunded in fullThe collections department told him that while he could cancel at anytime so long as he sends in a written request a refund in full was not an option The
client explained that he had no intention to use the service going forward and because of that he was entitled to a full refund They again told Mr*** that he purchased the service in September and was out side of the cancellation and refund period.Mr*** told the collections department that unless he was given a full refund he would make a complaint.I contacted Mr*** after receiving notification that he had created a Revdex.com complaint because he felt he should receive a refund regardless of the contract, we where able to come to an understanding and I apologized that he was upset after speaking to the collections departmentHe stated that his complaint was resolved in full

Mrs. A[redacted] signed up for 12 weeks of scheduled corporate credit coaching. During the course of that program, she received several emails as well as phone calls covering information and education included in her corporate credit package she purchased from Prime Corporate Services. Per...
the enrollment agreement the client signed, we contacted her within 24 hours and set up an appointment to begin her coaching program. She received calls every 2 weeks at the same time and same day from the 11th of July until November 13th 2015. The client received a total of 14 coaching sessions, participated with the coach over the phone as he was instructing her, and responded to his emails. At no point in time did the customer ever mention she was unhappy or unclear on any of the subjects they covered. We spoke to Ms. A[redacted] after receiving her Revdex.com complaint to find out what happened and what we could do to help, and she explained that she never made money so she felt like if she complained to the Revdex.com that it would require us to issue a refund. It has been made it very clear throughout the entire enrollment and education process that Prime can never offer any guarantee in regards to making money, and that the education the client is enrolling in is simply that – education and tools to build a business. As it was explained to the client at that time, since the services have been fulfilled we will not be issuing any refund. The client explained that she understood it had been over a year, and she understood she had never expressed any complaint or issue during the course of the program, but still expressed that she felt she was due a refund because she was currently “unhappy”.We again have again explained to the customer that services have been rendered, and no refund will be given and we feel that submitting a complaint to the Revdex.com is unfair in this instance. She has expressed no complaint with her coaching, or with the education she received. Her lack of success in separate and personal goals is unrelated to this business transaction. As part of her programs with us, the customer has contracted Prime Corporate Services to file her 2014 taxes. Despite our repeated requests for required legal information and documentation enabling us to file said taxes, we have not received the information from Ms. A[redacted] to do so. We are still of course willing to amend and file these taxes for her, however we cannot do so without her required documentation.(All contracts, notes, email conversations between both parties available upon request)

I am rejecting this response because: first off, they called me and pitched a very hard sell on me, if I'm saying that correctly. They made it sound as if this was 100 necessary. They also gave me misinformation such as they would get a business credit card, I was supposed to then put charges from personal cc onto that and that would become business debt. Well they lied. They did not get any cc, nor was they said factual. The charges I was billed for I'm personally responsible for not the business and they neglected to tell me I would have to file a return a business return every 4 months. They also left out to file bankruptcy that goes against my personal credit and that would be for the charges they billed me for. I do not want any part of this, not the llc, not anything, I am requesting they take that llc, credit me back the 1660 and the 1950 and don't have any further contact with me. I have contacted my cc company to remove these charges that I should have not had or been called and taken advantage of. I didn't know or realize what I was getting into because 1 of their hard selling tactics and 2, I am under psychiatric care thus I didn't understand. Please keep in mind, these people called me and talked me into this which in a right mind I would not have done nor even thought about. I will obviously do more complaints to everyone and anyone who will listen if this causes me to file bankruptcy. Again, I was taken advantage of and want nothing out of this but credits back on my cc.Thank you
Sincerely,
[redacted]

to find out where she spent the rest of her money. This customer purchased our Corporate Credit Coaching where we teach and show the customer how to develop a credit score for her business, this service is $2950 and she has been contacted both over the phone and through email. The Tax Plan is $2890, I understand she has not yet had Tax Sentry file her returns as of today, we still plan to file the customers taxes for the LLC as well as her personals if she chooses. Tax Sentry fulfills this service and they have tried to reach out to the customer to let her know to send in her information.
