Ordered a sectional online in March. Was promised delivery in June. Did not show up until late October. When it arrived only 1/3 of the sectional was delivered and it was not what we ordered. They will not allow us to return it nor will they refund our money.

They are a complete scam! They Sell cheap stuff claiming they are Italian furniture!!! We made a HUGE mistake buying a bedroom set from them and it took around 2 months to arrive and once we opened it was total waste of money. The dresser cannot be attached to mirror, the design is entirely made of plastic, the headboard wobbles like a pendulum and the color doesn't look like how they show in the pictures on their website. We tried to return the furniture as they say "hassle free returns" but it is nothing but hassle to deal with them. They said they cannot accept return because the manufacture didn't approve the return. We wasted our money on such piece of crap and I don't want anyone to go through what we went through with Prime Classic Design. They're a TOTAL SCAM!!!
