Prime Asphalt did a new asphalt parking lot and redid and existing asphalt lot at our location Associated Truss paid *** *** in full for services after completion of job on April 24,
Problems with his work surfaced a month later Specifically, with sunken areas and cement stoppers not secured in parking spaces on new parking lot At existing parking lot there is an area that is not leveled and when it rains water goes inside the manufacturing building Also weeds are coming through the asphalt in some areas
Per Asphalt's agreement dated March 22, 2018, his services are warrant for one year
Our company has left *** *** several messages with an email along with a certified letter to get this matter rectified As of August 9, this matter is NOT resolved
