Service was rendered and very happy with the actual service, put no invoice was issued and no details of what was accomplished was given in written form I need this info for tax purposes

I have called times since service was completed and credit card was charged (February 26, 2016) to ask for an invoice to be emailed I have neither received a phone call nor an invoice

I paid full price for an initial service on 6/for initial mice treatment The service was ineffective so I had to schedule another appointment several days later At the 30+ day follthere was still droppings (all in the exact same spots) but I was told that they should subside and that the mouse should die soon; they picked up most of the traps (which did not catch the mouse)Well, each month since then I would find a couple of droppings in the same spot So the mouse didn't die and is still in the exact same location as the reason for the initial mice treatment I have a dog so I am concerned that my dog will catch diseases from the mouse droppings, get fleas or even be bitten directly by a mouse

This is an awesome company I will always work with, I called these guys to exterminate a roach problem and it’s been a 2- weeks now I haven’t seen anything again.They just came for the second service and the technician was professional and has great knowledge about the job.They were very polite with me and on timeThe technician sent me a notification when he was on his way to my houseI would say they are very dependableThanks Primax for such a great service
