Primavera Pizza Inc

I requested a refund of my food purchase because the food quality was poor. My request was denied, and I was unable to consume my food. I dined in at this restaurant after church on March 30, 2014 with my husband who is a regular take-out customer of Primavera Pizza. I ordered a grilled chicken salad for about $7.50. The iceberg lettuce was not cold, the tomatoes were cut into thin and few slices, salad dressing was given in a prepackaged cup, and the few pieces of chicken that topped the salad were cut into dry and thin slivers that looked as if they were cooked in a pan, rather than grilled. I tried to eat the salad to be polite to my husband who had brought me to the restaurant, but the salad was not edible. I spoke with a man I believed to be the owner and requested a refund of my salad. He scolded me by saying, "this isn't the kind of place you can just come into, try things, decide you don't like them, and not pay for them." He would not give me a refund. I politely told him that if he would not grant my refund, then I would have no choice but to never return to his restaurant. He told me, "it'll be a good idea if you never come back to eat here." His behavior was intimidating, rude, and hurtful. Shocked by the way this man spoke to me, my husband and I immediately left the restaurant.
