Attached is the customers exact written quote, which contradicts the customers main complaint, and highlights his dishonestly.  He does...

not dispute the fact that he paid us $1,600.00 plus tax so I don't need to add an image of his check.  The invoice shows $1,750.00 plus tax for the "Entire Project" instead of $1,800.00 which is his $50.00 discount he was given.  He has not paid the final $150.00 plus tax because those items are stump grinding, and the stump grinding is done after the yard is marked for utilities, and the yard is only marked for utilities once the trees are gone.  We will not be grinding the stumps for this customer and giving him more opportunity to take further advantage of us.  Therefore, $1,600.00 plus tax in work done and paid for.  Please also note both the "Entire Project" Price and the extra spruce are on carbon copy in black ink, as I stated that is what was discussed with the wife on my 2nd visit, and bushes were never discussed.

I could not explain all of the untruthful comments and the proof I have that they are totally dishonest in 2000 charters so I attached a response.  Thanks.
