that our Customer Service people would never lie and blame something on our system. The calculator in question was an optional item on his child's school supply list, it had to be selected separately from the basic supplies. This is all done electronically so on our end there is no possibility of human error. We are in the business of selling products, if the calculator had been selected and added to the order we most definitely would have shipped it. We processed hundreds of thousands of orders through our system without error. Seems to me the issue at hand is a $10 calculator that was not ordered nor shipped with the original school supply order, and now would incur a $5.99 shipping charge. If Mr. [redacted] would contact me next week, I will be certain we by-pass the shipping charge and sell him the calculator at the listed price.

I Disagree with the statement "if the calculator had been selected and added to the order we most definitely would have shipped it." This is exactly what we did and we did not receive the order. I appreciate the sellers willingness to pay for the shipping charges but would recommend and itemized receipt at the time of purchase which would allow both the customer and the seller a reference of what was ordered. FOR CUSTOMERS...Until this change is made I would recommend taking a screen capture of your order prior to purchasing to ensure accurate processing of your order.
