Primary Grounds

To whom it may concern:I am the owner of Primary Grounds and just received the first notice of [redacted] complaints and frustrations over the scheduled warranty work.  I have not spoken with [redacted] but I will be contacting her today.  [redacted] spoke with my GM and an original date was...

established for the repairs.  We currently only have 1 design/build crew that is capable of making the necessary repairs.  Our GM called [redacted] on the morning of the scheduled work to inform her that the work has been pushed back due to a large job that was not yet completed.  We told [redacted] that we would reschedule her job as soon as possible.  I apologize that we did not act in a more responsive manor to re schedule and complete the work.  Our design/build crew has been backed up due to the heavy rains this summer and their schedule is very tight.  We do have a work order scheduled and we plan on completing this job Wednesday morning, October 14th.Scott [redacted]owner Primary Grounds [redacted]
