***, The following is Primary Eyecare’s response to the afore identified complaint: We contacted complainant directly after receiving a review detailing her experienceThe Complainant stated she would retract her internet review and Revdex.com complaint as our agreed resolution was acceptable
and that the true grievance was with the complainant’s vision insurance company and the vision insurance company’s optical fabrication facility.
