Purchased on line face cream and eye cream for trial period. On 7/9/18 recurring charges of $93.87 & $$93.79 were on bank statement.
Hhad products less than 14 days, more like 6 days. Company refused to refund or accept product back even when I expressed I was disappointed by products

I wasn't aware of the membership charges being withdrawn from my bank account. I believe it was taken out before the trial period.
I should not have ordered this product as I am a heart patient and this product may cause harm to me if mixed with my medication that I am on. When my wife called to explain this, this didn't seem to matter to the person she spoke to. we were only give partial refund on a the subscription that I wasn't fully aware that would be taken from my banking account. I feel that we should be given a full refund instead of a partial because we will not be receiving any products.

Ordered product 12/21/17 for free shipping. Was charged 94.37 on 1/1/18 before I had a chance to try the product.
Ordered free product 12/21/17 on the phone. NutraElement and Nubod Ageless. Paid $4.95 & $1.95 for shipping. Before I had a chance to try this product, my card was charged on 01/04/2018 for $93.87 for one product and $93.79 for the other. My card was charged again on 2/4/2018 for $93.87. I did not realize this until I received my Credit card statement on 2/12/2018. I have not received the second shipment of the product, let alone a 3rd shipment. I immediately called the number on the credit card statement 844-872-4939. They said I had not contacted them within the 14 day window so I was on a monthly shipment schedule. I have not received any other shipments other than the first sample product back in late December. I asked for a full refund and they said that they could only credit me back $70.40 for the February charge, but could not credit any for the Janaury charges because they said they have already shipped. Again, I did not receive the Janaury shipment, and if I did I would have returned it. This company has deceptive marketing tactics as they do not inform you over the phone of the 14 day cancellation time frame, nor do they inform you of the amount you will be charged each month for their product. No way to evaluate a product if you don't receive it in time to evaluate it. They claim they shipped the product in January and thus can't refund, however, I have not received the product. order *** / Purchase ID:

purchased product from yahoo ad on 23 sept. doctor does not recommend using. called to return unused and unopened product and was given rma nos. on 18 oct. sent back on 20 Oct. by USPS using 2-3 day delivery with expected delivery on 23 oct. Product did not get to their warehouse until 26 Oct. missing 30 day return. even government uses date postmarked as return date. called on 9 november looking for refund and at first they refused any refund, then sent 50%. I requested full refund and have been denied. I sent e-mail with displeasure and said I would contact Revdex.com. I just want the rest of my money, as it was out of my control that it did not arrive in 30 days. if they want to argue semantics, I didn't receive product until 26 september. Thank you for your time and for listening to a dissatisfied customer. I thought the customer was always right, but apparently not.
