I made contact with the company's customer service department prior to the warranty expiration. The contacted me several days later in response; however, by that time, the return window was closed and they refused my return. I purchased a considerable amount of their product, totaling over 200 dollars. They stated that their response was lagging due to staffing issues. I feel this is NOT my problem and had they responded in a timely manner, I would be able to return the product for a refund.
