Review: I have been trying to resolve this issue for days now, I placed an online order for a white belle sleeve dress which I was told it would take 5 days to ship, ok thats fine after like 3 days I rec'vd a order from [redacted] and it was the wrong item, I contacted her and she said she would send a return label, after like 3 days she finally sent the label, and advised me my correct order would be sent the following week! I waited another week no item, I contacted her she said it would be sent out the same day I asked for a trackinv which was not sent till the next day, ok so I received the next package and again the wrong item, [redacted] prob does not have the item in which she is advertising and trying to kill time by sending the wrong item over and over I have goggled reviews of this store and most say wrong or damaged item sent! How can they do the consumers like this, after almost a month still no belle sleeve dress,Desired Settlement: I just want my money back the actual address is [redacted], this is the address [redacted] is doing business from
