Review: I went into the store with the 3 ball gowns to place for consignment. I asked the store clerk how much they will be priced at to see if selling them on consignment was worth it. She informed me the owner was not in and that I could leave the dresses and they would be priced by the following Monday and the store would contact me regarding the selling amount. I signed the bottom of a contract that however I did not initial the terms of the contract as I didnt want to make a final decision until I knew what the selling price would be. No one called me back after a few days I contacted them to find out the selling price of the dresses and when I was told I then advised that was not worth me putting them on consignment. I advised the store clerk I would be picking them up. She stated that was fine. I called 01/15/2014 @ 10:37 to inform the clerk I was on my way to pick up the dresses as agreed and she informed me 1 of the dresses were on hold for a customer. I informed her I never agreed to the terms of the contract and that I wanted all 3 dresses back. She agreeded I could pick up all 3. I made it to the store 10-15 minutes later which she informed me she had sold the dress she stated was on hold although she knew I wa in route to pick up a dress that I gave her prior notice I would be picking up.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the full amount my dress was worth or I would like my propery to returned back to me in the same condition.
