the WORST consumer service EVER ! we ordered these beautiful looking vanities ( of them) to be over and over reneged by this ***, -so called CEO- after multiple attempt to remedy the multitude of problems: - received the vanities in PALETS & damaged boxes delivered in our condo parking lot- they would NOT deliver upstairs- vanities were totally damaged and had to be replaced- this happened days later, letting us WITHOUT sinks in our bathrooms- the plumber had removed the old ones for the delivery day- then, once re-delivered, they brought the WRONG MODEL !!! BTW our plumber was there again to install.., *** said he will not change them but instead send the driver with other doors which should accommodate the current model to look like the other oneonce the other vanity had been installed, the faucet & drain were not working properly, had to call for new onesthey sent the wrong faucet model too !!!! to make the story short-er, the *** will not accommodateHe calls this CUSTOMER SERVICE BEST IN THE INDUSTRY not considering the plumber bill , service calls on different occasions, had to change & re- install vanities and faucets twice, did I mention since the vanity model was different he also had to cut the pipes to the new height and shape of the "wrong" vanity which we kept since a return on the whole thing would have cost us a tremendous amount of additional plumber bill and more than days without bathrooms !!!!!
