I have had motor problems, remote control problemsNow, out of warranty the base has cracked and u called the company and the company claimed that my particular lift chair model has never had any issues My tech says differently and the company deniesI will never deal with this company not but its products ever again

I apologize for any confusion but you are correct a new chair was ordered for you for you. The chair has not shipped yet and I was told that it takes days to build the chair. We appreciate your patience and again apologize for the misunderstanding
The serial number can be found inside the owners manual on a decal, on the original invoice from the sale or on the seat post underneath the seat (take seat off to see decal)

As you know, Pride manufactures the [redacted] unit but does not repair or service units in the field.

Pride is sending a Representative this week to look at the customers unit. Since we rely on feedback from our Providers and don't sell direct to the public we will need to investigate further.

I am rejecting this response because:
I've had an [redacted] system in my vehicle for the previous 8 years! I've never had an issue until I received the chair on 2/14. This is a misguided attempt to divert attention from there own manufacturing issue. This same pride rep also stated to me that a pair of motors should outlast the life of a chair and that I wasn't doing anything abnormal to cause any issues. Pride/quantum have refused to return phone calls and have stated to providers that they are not allowed to order parts to fix current issues. Once again leaving me at a stand still and causing me to struggle even more with daily independence.

Thank you for your complaint and information.
Batteries are a wear item much like a car battery and have a (6) month warranty through the battery manufacturer. The serial number you provided makes this chair almost 2 years old. This...
would mean that the battery warranty has expired. Battery life depends on many things including how often you use the chair, charging habits, etc. as outlined in your Owners Manual.
[redacted] set up a job for you on 4/23/15 for an evalauation of the unit due to the batteries not holding a charge. I don't believe you were charged for this service.
Pride is the manufacturer of the power chair and doesn't sell chairs, parts or service units. You e-mailed Pride on May 7, 2015 claiming you needed to get the unit up and running and Spinife the provider won't help you. At that time, we gave you two National Repair Companies to call for service: Wheelchair & Scooter Repair @ ###-###-#### or [redacted] @ ###-###-####.

(transaxle) is sold as an assembly by the supplier to us and is not offered any other way. I understand the customer wants to purchase the part through our component supplier or directly from Pride but we both don't sell directly to consumers. The transaxle is shipped to Pride the same exact way as an assembly. I apologize that this response isn't what the customer would like to hear but it is how the component is sold and would need to be purchased through his dealer. Thank you
I'm sorry to hear about your frustrations. Pride spoke to the customers sister yesterday regarding the lift chair. Unfortunately, Pride will not be repairing or replacing this product due to the warranty being voided for reasons listed under warranty exclusions. Please see the...
