Review: I had my central air unit installed in late June 2007 By **. [redacted] From Pride Heating & Cooling LLC. And, every year I had to call because my air would not turn on. This year it has happen again. I always have a difficult time reaching **. [redacted] because of caller ID. I know that to be a fact because I can use someone elses phone and he will answers. On Wednesday June 12, 2013, I called to into inform **. [redacted] that my central air was again not working. He said, he would call me in 10 mns. but he did not do so. On Thursday June 13th he answered an apologied and said, he would have some out first thing Friday June 14th morning. Know one called or showed up all day. On Sunday June !6th one of his workers called stating he had the wrong # that's why he did not come on Friday. After two calls on Monday June 17th. one of **. [redacted] employee returned my call and arrived @ 1:15. p.m. June 17th.

After examination of my unit I was informed that I needed a part that was not covered under the warranty and I now owe him a $65.00 service fee. I told him no one told me about the service fee and that I have never paid for any service fee the last five times [redacted] had to come out to get my cenral air unit working. He left unhappy and hopefully he will be back tomorrow June 18th to make my unit work.

This complaint is because I believe I got a lemon central air unit. **. [redacted] is extremely difficult to reach. And, I beileve now that he has passed me on to his worker [redacted] it will be impossible. I hope this complaint will reach him in a speedy fashion and that this year issue will be resolved and in the up-coming summer years I will only have general maintenance issues with my heating & cooling unit.

I do not think it's unreasonable to expect not to have problems every year when I cut my central air unit on.

Now, it up to him to keep it working. To keep good fair.. Word of mouth is an awful thing to have turn on you in this business world we live in.
