There was no response to my letter excepted continued bickering.My clients after consulting their own independent expert, another veterinarian, [redacted], who asked to review the records of Ms. [redacted] and speak to the vet who treated this animals.The dogs were completely matted. My clients actually kept all of the dog hair that was trimmed from these animals. Again, her own vet refused to provide any documentation t our independent expert.My clients continue to offer the $250.00 settlement, so long as she signs release under CCP 1542. I will offer the same to your offices.
