The garments this customer is talking about have been sent out to an independent company called Acdo/Streets Garment Analysis to be analyzed The customer has been contacted by [redacted] Pride Cleaners District Manager in regards to the status of her garments She was informed that as soon as they come back will be receiving a call from the District Manager let her know that they are back and what the analysis states She will also receive a copy of the analysis Pride Cleaners will then handle the situation according to the results of the analysis For example if the garment analysis comes back and say Pride Cleaners is at fault, we will reimburse the customer for the price for the garments If the analysis states that it is a manufacturer defect then the customer will be provided not only with a copy of the analysis but also with a letter from Pride Cleaners to the manufacturer about our cleaning process for the garmentPride Cleaners has summited a claim for to refund the customer for the cost of the dry cleaning of these garments and for her year membership She should have this check no later than November 1st
We have responded to Mr [redacted] and are taking care of his issueThis should have been handled more timely
The district Manager has spoken with the customer already and come to a resolutionthe customer is being paid for the garment
We do not have any pants for him checked into the systemWe have many checks and balances and can even look up and see if a particular brand was tagged to another person by mistake.We also have cameras in the store and saw when he dropped off that there were shirts, a blazer, and a
sweater dropped off, but no pants

I have called the customer directly and left a message asking her to call me at ###-###-####. If you can please have her call me I would like to have her bring the blouse back so that I can look at it and then show my employees and get more information on this incident.
