Good afternoonOn September 23, 2017, I purchased several items (telescope and parts) from the Sky Plus
in MtAiry, MarylandSubsequently, I returned to the place of business and received all but two of the items
One of the items was the wrong part and the second item was simply not includedThe owner of the business,
MrTodd ***, said that he had tried to contact the company but that they had been sold and the new owners
were not returning his callsHe offered to repay me the funds for the two missing parts ($342) or he could try to
contact them once moreI asked him to try one last timeThat was on March 16, I was to call him back the
following week to see if he had been successfulI called him the following week but he did not return my callOver
the last three plus months, I have left Mr*** several messages without responseI have sent him an e-mail
and a letter by US MailHe has ignored all of these attempts to reach him
