text-align: left;" valign="top"> Previous to your pick up on March 20th, the vehicle that you rented was taken to the car wash and was cleaned inside as well as out--which we do for all of our vehiclesDuring the walk around process the glove box, side door panels, and trunk were checkedHowever, the center column was clearly overlookedIt is our policy to look over each vehicle before renting them outThese things happen, we apologize that our overlook was at your expenseWhen you initially picked up the rental you signed in agreement to: Our hours of operation That only you would be driving the vehicle The walk around form Time and date the rental was due in Allotted miles Among several other thingsRegardless of the issue, when you picked up the rental on March 20th you were explained that your rental contract ended at 1:45pm on March 23rd , which initialed in agreement at the time of the rental previously to this problemWhen you called around 4:about returning the car after 5pm your rental was already over dueThe car then was returned the next day (3/24) by a different driver (not listed on the contract) which is also ageist your rental contractWe are sorry for the issue and your dissatisfaction but we stick to our policy!
